Clinical and Pathomorphological profile of Marek's Disease in layer Fowl

چکیده
The study aims to investigate Marek's disease (MD) incidence rate among the morbidus clinical layer fowl using, clinical examination, necropsy and histopathological profile. signs similar to those of MD without evidence of any pathognomic nervous lesion, while acute diffused lymphomatosis were demonstrated in the visceral organs. Furthermore, histopathological visceral organs were confirmed MD infection with 27.3% incidence rate of the clinical and pathological examined layers. According to these findings further investigation of the disease with final diagnosis o is needed for control polices.

Study on Subclinical and Clinical Marek's Disease (MD) in the Broiler Chickens Using Histopathology
Marek's disease (MD) is the most common lymphoproliferative diseases of chickens; During the last year the incidence of MD was investigated among slaughter houses and suspected broiler farms, located in Isfahan (Iran) as the region of highest density of poultry husbandry by histopathology, For subclinical MD investigation, in total 1550 chickens originated from slaughter houses were exam...

Thirteen oncogenic and necrotizing animal viruses were assayed in LIFE Sciences, Inc. (LSI)-specific pathogen-free Japanese quail and LSI-specific pathogen-free chicken embryo cell cultures. Nine viruses produced similar titers in the quail and chicken cell systems, whereas four viruses showed significantly higher titers in chickens. Young Japanese quail and chickens were inoculated with five s...
متن کاملMolecular Identification of Fowl Adenovirus Associated with Inclusion Body Hepatitis in Iran
Background and Aims: Inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) is one of the most important reemerging diseases in many countries with intensive poultry industries. In Iran, the etiological agent of IBH (fowl adenovirus) has not been yet confirmed. The aim of this study was the molecular detection and identification of fowl adenovirus involving IBH in chicken flocks in Iran. Materials and Methods: Polymer...
متن کاملProtection and synergism by recombinant fowl pox vaccines expressing multiple genes from Marek's disease virus.
Recombinant fowl poxviruses (rFPVs) were constructed to express genes from serotype 1 Marek's disease virus (MDV) coding for glycoproteins B, E, I, H, and UL32 (gB1, gE, gI, gH, and UL32). An additional rFPV was constructed to contain four MDV genes (gB1, gE, gI, and UL32). These rFPVs were evaluated for their ability to protect maternal antibody-positive chickens against challenge with highly ...
